Work begins on wastewater treatment plant

04/20/10 Staff photo by Tommy Millsaps Work has begun on a new Sweetwater Utilities Board wastewater treatment plant. The most noticeable feature of the plant will be a huge basin. The plant is being constructed next to the current plant and will cost more than $5 million.
