Georgetown man faces sixth DUI

07/18/11 A 50-year-old Georgetown man was arrested early morning July 17 after police said they saw him speeding in Millsboro. Nicholas J. Fell was riding his 2005 Harley Davidson on Route 24 when police stopped him, said Sgt. Paul Shavack of the Delaware State Police.
