07/15/11 COLUMBIA — Joseph Tucker, publisher of the pro-secession St. Louis State Journal, predicted in a speech from the balcony of Conley & Bros. store that Gov. Claiborne Fox Jackson would be back in Jefferson City within a week, in time for the meeting of the State Convention.
