12/31/09 Tara Henderson of Milne Street said she heard a loud noise outside. She said she looked out and saw that her neighbor's car had struck her mailbox. Carlos R. Good told officers he had gone outside to warm up his vehicle. He said he went back inside, then heard a crash.
