Defendant in murder pleads not guilty after judge seals probable cause file

12/24/09 Gary Wayne Parks, 38, of Germantown, Tenn., pleaded not guilty to capital murder with aggravating circumstances Wednesday morning in Baxter County Circuit Court in the June 17, 2006, stabbing death of his stepfather Dr. David Millstein at the physician's residence here.
