April Fools' prankster released without charges

04/04/11 A Cleveland City Hall secretary who caused an April Fools' scare by telling her boyfriend there was a gunman in the building has been released without charges. Police spokesman Sgt. Sammy Morris says the woman was released from jail Sunday after officers and prosecutors met.
