Kenai man sentenced to 99 years in cold case murder

08/14/10 Superior Court Judge Anna Moran sentenced Jimmy Lee Eacker, 56, on Friday to 99 years for the murder of Toni Lister, 29, in the woods near Seward more than 28 years ago. DNA technology cracked the case.
