    No guns in parks for Knoxville, Alcoa

    08/11/09 Tuesday night the Knoxville City Council said no action is needed to keep guns illegal in parks since an ordinance passed decades ago already bans them.  Alcoa's commissioners unanimously voted to maintain its ban guns in city parks.
