06/16/11 Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A North Dakota Trooper is recovering after a drunk driver hit his patrol car. Trooper Luke Hendrickson was stopped at a red light on County road 17 and 40th Avenue South at about 6:00 last night when 53-year-old Gregory Rogers of Fargo ran into the patrol car with his S-U-V.
