07/13/11 GAUTIER, Mississippi -- In a special meeting dominated by finances, the Gautier City Council gave City Manager Sidney Runnels and City Attorney Bob Ramsay the green light to negotiate the purchase of property on Brown Road for a new fire station and water tower.
