Other news06/23/11 HICKORY CREEK - Developer Al Goldfield wants a special taxing district near Hickory Creek, and the Town Council is considering whether to support the idea. At a meeting Tuesday, council members received a pitch for the special district by Dallas lawyer Misty Ventura. While she provided a wealth of information on the proposal, council members wanted more time to meet and discuss the matter.
