10/12/09 ACCIDENT: Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg, report a two-vehicle crash at 3:15 p.m. Thursday at 4030 Lincoln Way East. Police did not release the names of the drivers and did not say if anyone was injured. A 19-year-old boy was going east and became distracted.
