10/05/10 One of the wildest high school football games of last week was played in Redfield. Defending State 11A champion Milbank nipped undefeated Redfield-Doland 34-28.
09/30/10 The names have changed a bit, but the results are still the same for the Hitchcock-Tulare Patriots this fall. The defending 9B football state champions have outscored their first five opponents by a combined score of 225-32, despite losing some key pieces to graduation.

09/28/10 Aberdeen Central will host a high school boys' soccer playoff game Saturday. The Golden Eagles will play Brookings at 7 p.m. at Swisher Field with the winner advancing to the state tourney. The state tourney will be Oct. 7-9 in Mitchell.
