EFL football: Sabres foil Cowboys, 21-12

07/12/11  The Braintree Cowboys got off to a rocky start in the late afternoon, sauna like conditions at Archbishop Williams Memorial Stadium and dropped a disappointing 21-12 Eastern Football League contest to the visiting Maine Sabres. The Cowboys saw their record drop to 1-1 in the early season while the Sabres remained unbeaten at 2-0.
