    Pheasants snap losing streak with shutout

    05/20/11 The Pheasants won their second game of the season and snapped a five-game losing streak Thursday by beating the Winnipeg Goldeyes 5-0 in American Association action at Sioux Falls Stadium. Brandon Sing hit his fourth homer of the season in the second inning - a solo shot to right. That's all the Birds (2-5) needed, as the pitching staff shut out the Goldeyes the rest of the way.
