Bond set at $50,000 for men charged with pot possession after traffic stop

12/15/09 Bond is set at $50,000 each for two local men caught with 13 pounds of marijuana last week. Thomas J. Martin, 29, of Box Elder, and Billy Joe Robertson, 23, of Rapid City, pleaded not guilty at their initial appearances Monday.
