    12/20/09 The South Dakota Department of Health has announced upcoming public H1N1 vaccination clinics in the state. All South Dakotans now are eligible to receive the free vaccine. Sioux Falls' next clinic is 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Health and Human Services Building, 521 N. Main St.
