    08/06/09 MANITOWOC A 31-year-old woman is charged with operating while intoxicated with a child as a passenger after she crashed into the Waverly Inn Wednesday, Assistant District Attorney Gail Prost said during the womans bail hearing.

    Sony Crashes Party With Robo Photog

    08/06/09 Hot on the heels of rival Nikon's new Coolpix line, announced earlier this week, Sony announced its latest entries to the fiercely competitive digital camera market on Thursday. The two new cameras in its Cyber-shot line are the DSC-TX1 and DSC-WX1. Along with the new cams, Sony revealed a device is calls the "Party-shot Docking Station."

    08/06/09 NEWBURYPORT The following items was recorded in the log of the Newburyport police: Tiago M. Mariano, 23, 10 Woodman Way, Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 5:46 p.m. on charges of driving without a license. Officer Michael Wilichoski issued the summons on Storey Avenue.

    Police Arrest Kidnapper

    08/06/09 Police have arrested Margarita Ni?o and charged her with two counts of kidnapping. Police say she kidnapped 34-year-old Blanca Zacarias and her 12-day-old baby on Tuesday. Police had been looking for Ni?o since Wednesday when she was let go accidently after receiving a ticket.

    08/06/09 Margarita Nino is charged with two counts of kidnapping, a 3rd degree felony, after police say Blanca Zacarias, 34, and her 12-day-old son were taken from the Austin Commons apartment complex on Rutland Drive Tuesday night around 7:30.
