Beadle County, SD, Sheriff Retiring This Year

01/25/10 Beadle County Sheriff Tom Beerman says he plans to retire when his term ends this year. Beerman has served as sheriff for nearly a quarter century. After 11 years with the Huron Police Department, he ran for sheriff in 1986 and took office in January 1987.
