Boat wreckage must be raised to get cause of fatal June explosion, report says

07/18/11 Authorities have not determined the cause of a June 30 boat explosion in the Intracoastal Waterway that killed a West Palm Beach man and critically injured another, according to a preliminary report released by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
