High school art show opens Thursday

05/11/11 LAUGHLIN - On the heels of their successes - including a best of show by freshman Asra Irfan - at the annual River Valley Artist Guild and Mohave Community College-Bullhead Tri-state joint art show, Laughlin Junior-Senior High School students will have their judged art show on public display Thursday, May 12, through Friday, May 20.

Food Lion to host benefit for Children's Miracle Network

06/17/11 Food Lion associates will host their 10 th Annual "Thriller on the Griller at the Beach" event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at its store on 9380 Ocean Highway in Pawley's Island, S.C., to benefit Children's Miracle Network hospitals in North Carolina and South Carolina.
