Decatur Day Care Center parade celebrates healthy habits as part of the Week of the Young Child

04/13/11 DECATUR - With some dressed as bunny rabbits, Dalmatians and other characters, the youngsters from Decatur Day Care Center got to enjoy the sunshine Tuesday morning. As part of their celebration for Week of the Young Child, an annual event sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, they had their very own parade.
