Updated: Tornado hits La Crosse; governor to tour city today

05/23/11 10:45 a.m. update: Gov. Scott Walker is making an emergency stop in La Crosse today to tour areas hardest hit by Sunday's tornado. Walker will survey the Green Bay Street and West Avenue area at 12:30 p.m. and then head to Pepsi-Cola, Kmart and homes.
