Last Day to Redeem Pell Bridge Tokens

12/31/09 JAMESTOWN, R.I. (AP) - Motorists have until the end of the day to redeem unused tickets for the Claiborne Pell bridge. The bridge connecting Jamestown and Newport now only accepts cash and E-ZPass.

Paul Goulding, former Pell aide, dies at 76

03/17/11 PROVIDENCE- Paul E. Goulding, 76, who teamed early on with Claiborne Pell and later led Pell's 1972 campaign to victory over John H. Chafee in the race for U.S. Senate, died March 6 in George Washington Hospital, Washington, D.C.
