    01/19/10 Police in Warrington, Bucks County are investigating a weather-related crash that left an elderly man dead Tuesday. According to police, the accident that happened at about 6:30 a.m. on County Line Road near Tulip Drive killed Joseph J. Owsiak Sr., 84, of North Whales.
