Contractor workshop

02/27/11 Pike and Ralls County Soil and Water Conservation Districts hosted an informational workshop for area contractors at Frankford First Christian Church Wednesday Feb. 16. The focus was to update contractors of new requirements and safety needed when completing projects on farms.

Robert Higginbotham

03/07/11 Robert Higginbotham, 79, Moorhead, Minn., formerly of Valley City, N.D., died Wednesday Feb. 23, 2011, in Sanford Health in Fargo, N.D. Robert Higginbotham was born Sept. 4, 1931, in Jamestown, N.D., the son of Albert C. Higginbotham and Marie (Metcalf) Higginbotham.
