    Old Mill, Severna Park race to wins at track competition

    01/13/10 Jordan Freeman (500 run), Alexis Franklin (55 hurdles), Crystal DeBeary (triple jump) and both the 800 and 1,600 relay teams paced Old Mill's girls to victory in the Howard County vs. Anne Arundel County indoor track meet held at the Prince George's County Sports and Learning Complex last night.

    01/11/10 A lifelong Berks County resident who has been a banker for 16 years will be the next executive director of the Daniel Torres Hispanic Center. Michael Toledo, 38, of Blandon will start his new job next Tuesday.

    Work to realign dangerous Route 222 intersection will begin in 2011

    11/27/09 The state is moving ahead with plans to improve a problem intersection on Route 222 at Park Road in Ontelaunee Township. Work on the $1.7 million project is expected to begin in late 2011, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
