    07/14/11 CRASH: Bryan Michael Pickel, 24, of 559 Rife St., Chambersburg, was cited for careless driving Tuesday after he crashed into a parked car. Chambersburg Police said the crash happened about 10:05 p.m. at 125 N. Franklin St. Pickel suffered minor injuries and both vehicles were towed from the scene.
