    Man faces arson charge

    02/23/10 An Ohio man has been charged in a fire that gutted a North Beaver Township trailer. Robert Lee Armstrong, 33, of Warren was charged with two felony counts of arson, one felony count of burglary and one felony count of criminal mischief.
