    Man faces arson charge

    02/23/10 An Ohio man has been charged in a fire that gutted a North Beaver Township trailer. Robert Lee Armstrong, 33, of Warren was charged with two felony counts of arson, one felony count of burglary and one felony count of criminal mischief. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges Sunday.
