07/28/10 Wabtec Corp. said it completed the previously announced acquisition of G&B Specialties Inc. from Global Railway Industries Ltd. for about $35 million. G&B, based in Berwick, makes railroad track and signaling products. Wabtec also expects to buy Bach-Simpson Corp., a maker of electronic instrumentation devices, from Global Railway for about $10 million.
