U.S. adding resources to consular staff, security for 2010 Winter Games

12/28/09 VANCOUVER, B.C. - The U.S. is tripling its consular staff in Vancouver and opening an outpost in Whistler, B.C. in anticipation of the thousands of Americans coming to the 2010 Winter Games.
