Other news02/19/11 STATE POLICE The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks: Paul Hayes, 25, 191 State St., No. 6, Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested Thursday at 6:45 p.m. on charges of being a fugitive from justice (Maine), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding. Sgt. Puopolo made the arrest in Georgetown.
