Pipeline construction to restrict Route 63

07/16/11 Motorists traveling on Route 63 (Welsh Road) in Hatfield and Towamencin townships, Montgomery County, will encounter slowdowns at the intersection of Grist Mill Road on Monday through Thursday (July 18-21) for pipeline construction by Texas Eastern Transmission LP, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced on Friday.
