Judge arrested in DUI investigation

09/29/10 A Washington State Patrol spokeswoman says Tumwater's municipal judge has been arrested for investigation of drunken driving. Spokeswoman Brandy Kessler says 65-year-old John Lyman's SUV is accused of striking two vehicles in two separate incidents last Saturday, then leaving the scene both times.
