    01/22/10 What began as an investigation into a rise in vehicle break-ins resulted in the arrest of 12 people after a tip led authorities to a home in the 1000 block of N Front Street in Woodburn. Armed with a search warrant, police entered the home early Thursday. Police found 11 children ranging in age from 2 to 16 living in squalor.
