02/15/11 State Auditor Stacey Pickering says Lincoln County Circuit Clerk Terry Lynn Watkins has been reindicted on 14 counts of embezzlement.

Manchester man charged with soliciting 9-year-old

03/24/11 Terry Lynn Edwards, 26, of 480 Skinner Flat Rd., in Manchester, was arrested, on Mar. 17, and charged with solicitation of a minor and soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means after a multi-agency investigation.
