Tecumseh to seek $4 million loan to build water line from reservoir

07/07/11 The city of Tecumseh is making progress in its quests to update its water treatment plant and build a water line from Wes Watkins Reservoir as the utility authority has approved filing of a $4 million loan application to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board.
