Carter County drivers least likely to buckle up

04/04/11 ARDMORE, OK -- According to a study by the University of Oklahoma, out of 77 counties, Carter County drivers are the least likely in the state to buckle up. It's a statistic that local O-H-P troopers say can be directly linked to traffic deaths. Dara Downs has the story.
