    Suspect shot in home invasion arrested

    03/11/10 LUTHER, OK -- After laying low for nearly a week, a burglary suspect was taken into custody. Jason Davis, 32, was arrested and booked into the county jail Wednesday afternoon. The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office says Davis was shot by a homeowner after he was caught breaking into his house last week.
