Police say 32-year-old Stephen Tennery was driving his truck and led authorities on a high-speed chase before crashing.     Fire chief cited after incident

    02/23/10 MARINETTE, Wis. - The Niagara Fire Chief has been charged with resisting and obstructing an officer following a one-vehicle accident that occurred in Niagara on Dec. 24. Frederick J. Harvath, 48, of Niagara, Wis., has pleaded not guilty in Marinette County Court. A status conference has been set for March 18 at 10 a.m. Harvath is being represented by attorney David Herrick of Niagara.
