06/30/11 BELOIT- The West Branch Local school board Thursday night ratified a new two-year contract with the district's classified employees. The school board approved the contract with the West Branch Classified Education Association (WBCEA) after rescinding the current contract that runs through next June.

George Jensen was the benefactor with the early run support, setting the franchise record with his eighth straight in (8-2).
