06/29/11 The on-ramp to the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway was closed in Scarsdale after a tractor-trailer spilled what appeared to be yams or potatoes onto the roadway. SkyFoxHD was over the scene Wednesday at about 6 a.m. NY Traffic Authority Ines Rosales reported that the unauthorized tractor trailer struck an overpass. Crews were quickly at the spill attempting to off-load the food.
