Drainage Worries Arise in Elma

06/29/10 Drainage concerns led a number of residents to address the Elma Town Board on June 16. About 10 different people spoke to the board about the water runoff between Girdle and Ostrander roads south of Jamison Road. They fear that any additional development of land there could create a more difficult situation unless there is proper planning.
