03/31/11 There is word that the radiation levels are rising nearly three weeks after a tsunami and earthquake damaged a Japanese nuclear plant. The level of radioactive iodine found in seawater is the highest recorded since the crisis began. The Tokyo electric power company said Wednesday that at least four of the plant's six reactors will have to be decommissioned.
