William Tate Jr. pleaded guilty Thursday in Dutchess County Court to second-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse for fatally injuring Reese Tate on Feb. 3 at the family's home in Amenia, on the Connecticut border 60 miles southeast of Albany.
