05/24/11 MAY 22 SCHOLASTIC SOFTBALL ROUNDUP Center State Conference schools have claimed top seeds in three of six classes for the Section III softball playoffs. Division I Adirondack (Class B), Division II Sauquoit Valley (Class C-1) and Division III Oriskany (Class C-2) all won league titles and will attempt to add sectional honors to their trophy cases.
05/20/11 Starting today (May 20), National Grid and their contractors will be undertaking an extensive maintenance project on their transmission lines. National Grid will be using helicopters, contractor line crews and associated heavy equipment during the length of this project.
