01/16/10 Rasalinga Sundaralingham, 48, of Piscataway, was charged with driving while intoxicated, hindering an investigation and obstructing the passage of vehicles after he was pulled over for driving 30 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 206, and proceeded to change seats in his vehicle once he had pulled over at 12:58 a.m. Dec. 27.
