    Branchville looks to reduce sewer project cost

    06/02/11 BRANCHVILLE -- Faced with a $3.2 million cost overrun that would have to be paid for by Branchville sewer users, the Borough Council held back on awarding any contracts for the borough-wide sewer system project Wednesday and decided to continue negotiations with the Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority to bring the cost down.
