Comet boys get first conference win of the season

07/07/11 The West Liberty Comets got their first conference win of the season July 2 at home, defeating the Knights of North Cedar 6-5 in nine innings on a sunny, hot afternoon. With the heat and humidity, the concession stand, run by the West Liberty athletic boosters, did a brisk business.
